Wrong? Nothing. It means that you think she's pretty, and that your dick does too.
I'm guessing that you're in your early teen years somewhere. In science, they'd say that you are becoming "reproductively competent." You're looking at girls in a very different way than the eight-year-olds do, and maybe don't know why. I'm afraid that no one here can tell you.
It's called an "erection", or lots of other things. Get used to it.

Sounds like a pretty normal reaction to seeing a pretty girl.
Perhaps, though buying some looser pants may make it less obvious that you are having an erection.
