lol, only talk I got was in health class, still waiting on the talk from my parents.

I'm 40 and have two kids. No family member has ever explained the birds and the bees to me. I paid attention in health and bio classes. But, maybe I wouldn't have a my son at 18, if someone had bothered to tell me personally.

No one told me, lol. I didn't know what a condom was until I was 13 years old. I seemed to dodge sex ed classes. We didnt have them in middle school, except for the ones where they seperate the boys and girls.... and in high school it was mandatory for freshman, but somehow, the classes filled up and i didn't get to take it. I didn't know everything until I read my biology text book that year. lol. I figured out the finer points a year later...haha. I don't know why my dad never told me anything though. We never discussed sex at all. He's not a prude though. Weird....

My friend who was the same age as me told me a lot of stuff in the 2nd grade. My parents later talked to me around age 11-12. . .I knew it already. The cat was outta the bag by then. . .

I was about 5 the first time and I knew nothing. Then I got it again at 9 and I still knew nothing.

found out about it by myself. I think I was 11 or 12 Reading science books. when mom came in to give me "the talk" I said I already knew all about it, and that was it. lol

Both my father and mother, from their own points of views.
My mother was educational yet puritanical and slightly threatening in her approach, whereas my father's explanation was mainly scientific and natural.
I was an adolescent when my folks gave me the talk.

My parents told me when I was 12. I knew nothing because I was homeschooled from 3rd to 6th grade.
