im a warrior on durotan realm if any one on that realm tell me your name and lvl and what instances and or dungeons should i do for my lvl 28 till like 30-40

You didn't specify whether you were Alliance or Horde, but either of these dungeons should be easy to get to: Gnomeregan (24-40) and Razorfen Kraul (23-31). You could also do part of the Scarlet Monastery (28-44) if you have a very good group or one with some higher levels in it.
