At the moment, Pesto sauce, served with smoked salmon and coddled eggs on hot buttered toast with a wild rocket salad and a glass of sparkling wine.
Instead I got to eat a jacket potato with butter with a mug of tea which I forgot to drink. And I like potatoes least of all vegetables.

Trees, particularly oak and maple.
(Well, OK, the *leaves* are green, but that's what you notice on a tree. Particularly on a maple.)

Old copper, moss, trees, etc. Nature produces some really awesome colors. And of course, "herbs".

hmmm i love green this is hard to answer but since i love outdoors as well i would say the woods/forest.
