It's almost impossible to find jeans that fit me, and I need the length on many of my designer jeans shortened. How much, on average, would it be to tailor the jean's length?

Tailored jeans are jeans that fit your body really good like how a tailor would fix them. Just don't wear loose saggy jeans. Wear a pair that flatter your shape.

I'm very petite, and it's very hard to find jeans at the right length. So now I buy the pants that fit and take them to a cleaner to have them hemmed. It only cost me $13.00 each. Some charge less, some more, but it's definatly worth it!

Its about $30-$50, depending on where you get it done. Try the local college's theatre costume department or fashion department. Students in the costume department are always looking for extra $$$ and will do it well for much cheaper.

all of my pants that I have hemmed, unlined pants that is, are about $15 to shorten. I go to local dry cleaner to have this done.

some stores will do it for you. I know my mom has bought boughts from Nordstroms and somtimes they do the alteration for free...but you would have to inquire at the store about that.

well if you go to bobs its $5
you may have to buy jeans from there tho.
just go to a tailor. it will be anywhere from $25-$30
its more expensive because they need to make a living too.
