Ya know....backyard BBQ, out to dinner or some other family function. Frankly, that's the only way I can spend more than a couple of hours with them.

Mom finally quit drinking thank God! When she drinks, she thinks shes young and hot again. *shudder*

Oh yeah all the time for like family functions they are a blast at my parents house... Or just any family function i have to drink to get through it but it usually turns into an uncontrlable drinking binge

yeah. The first time I got too drunk with them was in Jamaica last year. my cousin and I were just sitting at the bar with my mom and the 3 of us were pouring down all sorts of shots. The bartender made some crazy looking shots for us and I ended up getting sick as hell because I drank so many different types of liquor.

my daddy's an angel now and my mom used to be a hippie, but now she's a square-so there's no alcohol involved at our family functions. (except for the whiskey thats in my flask that is always in my pocket for quick access)

No....my Dad died by the time we could have had drinks together.
My mother has never had a drink in her entire life.
She's crazy enough without drinking.....LOL
