Caved. It was all over NY papers today. Yet he counters with attacking Internet taxes. Usually if you buy state to state on Amazon or the like... Ebay they wave the tax. But that is just because it was let go & not identified... he now during the holiday season is insisting on the taxes being counted for each exchange... not a popular dude? I was born in Bay Shore NY, LI.

You really can not charge a tax between alternate states... and then please define Illegal to me when one applies for a license to do what ever ? do we not have an obligation to then have them taken into custody for such actions until paperwork can be identified? we can't drive drunk? who believes that they actually get insurance v. they can get on airplanes now and vote?? Another ridiculous party adaptation of the truth. Richardson in New Mexico is one of the 6-8 who made the DL law claiming he needed it becuz the Gov failed his state?!

I hope so. But the threat is still there. They will not give up so easily. I also fear that amnesty is more and more inevitable as time goes by. why? well, the longer they stay here, the more kids they have, the more their numbers grow, the more their votes become important. It will happen someday, maybe not next year or but for sure in the next 10 years. If the democrats win big in the next election, they could push for some form of amnesty in the next 2years. I hope I am wrong. Don't get me wrong, I am no republican, but this is one issue where I disagree strongly with the democrats. We must keep the good fight, and vote democrats out in the primaries who support amesty and guest workers.
