I would suggest u addd details. Do u mean The Pursuit Of Happyness (yes, i know tht's spelled wrong) the movie? I'm 97% positive tht in the Constitution, freedom of speech is not capitalized, sooo, yea. But it really depends of what your talking about. I mean, there are around 30 rules of capitalization, right?

I would say that it depends on the context. If you are generally refering to freedom or speech or the pursuit of happiness, then, no, I would not capitalize them. If you are referring specifially to the Bill of Rights and an individual's rights thereunder, maybe it would be best to capitalize them.
