How To Rub A Girl

You have to kind of sneak up on it. I'm serious. Un like a guy, you dont just jump to the tender spot.
Start by stroking above her mound gently. Gentle pressure up/down will stretch the skin around her 'little man in the boat' without direct contact.
Then circle around and do some gentle rubbing around her opening. Some people have suggested doing a "figure 8" so you never touch the clit or the opening, but circle around things. (Yes it's a tease).
