You mean the best race for a warlock?

Humans - spirit boost, sword boost, rep boost
Gnome - increased intellect
Orc - increase to pet melee damage
Undead - nothing great for warlocks specifically
Blood Elf - mana tap/arcane torrent

I'd go with gnome or orc personally, maybe human. Then just pick which zones you like better, which faction, and what looks the best.
