There are plenty of beaches around the world where they do go topless, and tribal people let em all flop out. I know what you mean though, and I suppose its because they arouse men too much, and so a re regarded more as a sexual zone, whereas a mans chest is more strength associatted...... I give up, I dont know Ha! Would you go topless walking down the street on a sunny day? I dont think so.

Guys cannot concentrate if there is a naked lady. It becomes a threat to peaceful civilization. Rape would be commonplace if women were topless.
If a guy is topless, girls just stare, and fantasize later that night.
Is that guy who was shooting in the dark gone yet? Did anyone call 911?

that's a good question!probably cause men can't handle the nudity!they wouldn't get any work done if their co-workers came to work topless!:)

guys can't handle it. They have made boobs into sex objects. Reminds me of a weird dream I have sometimes where it is accepted but I am the only one doing it so I fell crazy & just wish I had a shirt with me

this is a big shot in the dark, but I think it might have something to so with the female breast.
And, many religious/cultural traditions look upon nudity as shameful, with the uncovered male torso not counted as nudity...
