I think the best if that you live by your own and don't have the need to have roommates you don't like much anymore unless you want, your place is your place and things run according to you, you have become who you wanted to be. The bad thing is that the older you get the more difficult to find a partner that meets your requirements, the number of women that are smart and with a career wanting to have a good future starts decreasing after you pass the mid 20s, and in the 30s you start finding the ones who are divorce ready to go for a second round and most have one or more issue like controlling, being angry at their ex or hate the opposite sex (you name it, it's incredible the variety you can find and scary too). So you have to deal with all that, but for the most part is really cool because you are more mature than what you are in your 20s and you can spot this kind of people at the distance and you wont make a mistake other people in their 20s would do, you can read people easily and get to know who you are talking and what they are hidding since you have seen patterns during your life if you have been paying attention and observing people's behavioir and you have been learning with experience. I think is a great age to really find someone, before 30 you are way too young and you need to get certain things out of your system and see by yourself they don't take you anywhere, like partying and clubbing, get bored of all that, then you are more mature and is very cool feel comfortable with who you are.

I think that the best years of my life were from ages 30 through 40. This is your best decade. I honestly wish I were able to remain 35 for the rest of my life. When you're in your 30's you reach a certain level of maturity where you finally start to feel comfortable with yourself. You are much wiser than when you were in your 20's and yet you still have your youth. You have probably overcome alot of problems that you had from when you were younger. You no longer consider your parents as the cause of all of your problems. What could be better. Women are at their best in their 30's. I would always prefer a 30 year old woman over one who is in her 20's. A nice mix of maturity and youth. If you have reached 30 be grateful. These are your best years.

Look at it this way: When you're 40, or 50, or beyond, you'll wish you could be 30 again, or at least have the body you had when you were 30. I'm 40 and to me, (with my bad knees and aching back) a 30 year old is a spring chicken!

I'm 32 now and love this age. They're a few wrinkles trying to creep in, but besides that, life is fun. Plus I waited to get married in my 30's. I know I never would have been able to handle it in my 20's! And...the sex in the thirties is supposed to start getting incredible!!! That's always a good thing, right?

I am loving it! You can forget all the mistakes you made in your 20's and be an adult without feeling old.
Watch the movie 13 going on 30.

It beats the alternative. You either age and turn 30, 31, etc. or you die. I would rather age. Besides, it's wonderful to turn 50 and be a grandparent! You have lots to look forward to.

Coming from somebody that is 38....there is alot good about being 30!!! I so would not want to be in my 20's again. There are alot of hard lessons learned when you are in your 20's.
