Dear Lord
So far today I am doing alright
I have not gossiped, lost my temper, been greedy,grumpy, nasty, selfish or self indulgent.
I have not whined, complained, cursed or eaten any chocolate.
I have charged nothing on my credit card.
But I will be getting out of bed in a minute and I think I really will need your help then!

Love it......oh, so true. It would be great if we could achieve those things and say that prayer just before we close our eyes at night. Not eating any choc all day, though, would be a real trial. :-) the others I can do (or not) standing on my head....mind you the little white lie I just told, is another matter.

This my 25 yr. old daughters mantra! Heck I can do half of those bad things with my eyes closed but awake before my feet ever touch the floor. But I try harder and have more good days than ever in my life.

That was really nice. I do fine until I get out of bed, although I'm usually cursing as my feet hit the floor.
