Global warming does does exist, but not because of us. Global Warming is a natural process. When the Vikings came here, they were growing grapes. IN GREENLAND. So your answer is No. It's an ebb+flow of nature. I am not calling you names.

No but many of the problems associated with the dust bowl were caused by over planting and soil depletion.

Most of the name calling is usually directed at Al Gore. Real scientific!

Ricky rude don’t be absurd! surely Everyone knows that the dust bowl was god’s punishment for "manifest destiny"! He didn’t want all those “good ol’ boys” moving to California and becoming those fancy book learnin’ liberals.

Yes. Global warming also caused the last ice age. When I woke up at 6am it was 33 degrees. Now it's 56 degrees. And you tell me there isn't global warming.
I'm checking again after sundown to see if this catastophic trend continues.

Now that I have discredited myself among my fellow repubs. I will go on record as saying, I believe that is a natural cycle of nature. I say Mother earth can take care of it's self. When we become an annoyance to her she will just shake us off like a dog does to fleas.

The Dust Bowl was caused by poor rain fall and the stripping of trees to make farmland. Trees were necessary back then as much as they are now.

it hust happened look at georgia and through there. if there wasnt any buildings or major deveoplment thats what the southwest would look like. the global alarmists should find a better thing to do than call you names and take care of a renewable fuel

actually, it was poor farming practices creating erosion, coupled with drought which does occur regardless of the reality of global warming, from time to time.
