I remember being told that in people who are not regular pot smokers but let's just say,,,they smoked one time in one month, that it leaves the system in less than 30 days even in as little as 3 days. What's true and what's not?

This is a difficult question to answer because there are so many variables involved. Can be anywhere from 3-90 days.
I am including a pretty good link that discusses this issue.
Ha. Think some assume that people asking this question are users and are trying to figure out when they can drug test for jobs, etc. That is why some unjustly labeled you a pot head.

you would be effective, do not sweat it. The drug attempt administered for employment are D.O.T. attempt that have an extremely small allowance with the intention to rule out 2nd hand smoke. I took a attempt in a health center that had exposure ranges for various drugs published on a wall. They have been as follows: casual person = 3 to 5 joints a week 4 to seven days to sparkling continual person= 3 to 5 joints an afternoon 14 to twenty-eight days to sparkling Barenaked is sweet with reference to the hair attempt, notwithstanding the hair attempt is used to p.c. out different drugs, as hair is absorbant and THC may well be absorbed into the hair by ability of exposure, so that they provide urine attempt for pot and hair attempt for each thing else. If what you're saying is authentic do not waste you funds on extreme dollar shampoos or flush kits, you have not something to worry.

It depends, but for most people 30 days. There are vitamins like b-12 and niacin that help remove it from your system faster. That's for a pee test. However, hair test can go back years but most only 3 months.

It stays longer in your hair. But usually 30 days if your good. But your probably just asking a hypothetical question. Honestly, pot isn't that bad.

Actually Marijuana or hashish THC how ever you want to refer to can stay in a persons system up to 69 day depending on usage, body fat, how often you exercise, or drink fluids. It bonds to fat thats why making brownies gets you intoxicated because the THC is bonding to butter or oil. So if you are a heavy person or don't exercise eat pooly it can stay in your system longer espcially if you are a heavy smoker

Marijuana metabolites are some of the longest lasting - maybe _the_ longest lasting - of the recreational drugs. The metabolites are stored in fats which, as we all know, are used up slowly. As a result, marijuana metabolites can be detected for periods up to 6 weeks or so.

Whatever chemical you use may leave your system but a drug test using hair can go back 6 months.

I believe up to one month...
However, your hair and fingernails will indicate usage for close to a year sometimes even more. And some places test hair samples now.
