Up with defensiveness, up with self-pity and most of all, up with hatred towards everybody and everything. Have you seen a person who is so down, so low and so frustrated over his life and what goes on in his life? He becomes really DOWN-trodden, he needs people to UP his low morale cheer him a bit, you know.
