4 years (he is responsible for her for 10) he found out through the children that she was abusive, and he also found out she was stalking and in love with an 18 year old girl in the same town. He wanted her gone, she left, they are legally married what should he do? What rights does she have? What can she do? He owned the home before he married her.

She has all of the rights of any Canadian citizen. What she would be entitled to in the divorce depends on a lot of variables and can best be answered by a lawyer.

What should he do? I would contact a lawyer and file for divorce.

He should consult a lawyer and see if he can divorce her on grounds of Abandonment. She left him, and is having an affair. He should be able to keep the house under those circumstances, but then again Canadian law might say different.

Kick her to the curb. They are not legally married if she is married to someone else.
