Arod is going to go down as one of the best players to play the game and I will love to see him break the hits and homerun records in pinstripes!
People say he is selfish blah blah blah but it is a business and anyone that says that wouldnt want more money when they knew they could is full of it!

He will not sign with the Yankees or the Red Sox or the Dodgers. He will sign with the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim. They are offering 342 million over 10 years, and that's the best Alex Rodriguez is getting right now...And trust me, he definitely wants the very best.
He's going to reject the Yankees for a couple simple reasons. The Fans. The Money. The Pressure. The Fans in New York aren't exactly respecting Alex, because of his poor talent in the postseason. The Money isn't "Great" enough for him, and he's asking for over 300 Million Dollars. The Pressure to do good in the all-important postseason is getting under A-Rod's skin which is taking a huge toll on his performance.
A-Rod signs with the Angels, end of story.

I know his father in law from coral gables. If Alex is in any way influenced by him, he will take max cash and look for an ownership stake. The guy is a prick!
The Yankees could probably pay him 35mil a year if they wanted to but in the end, i think they will realize they can get several pitchers and a STUD such as Miguel from the Marlins for the price of AROD. He is getting older, his new contract will be compared to Zito in San Fran: Ownership "why did i do that" Perhaps not for 3-4 years into it but he wants to play baseball till he's 50!

That's still a big maybe. I still have hope that he signs with the Red Sox. He'll ruin that team just like he did ours.
I just read that Alex contacted the Yankees himself and is negotiating with the team without Boras. The Yankees have offered 275 million for 10 years.

A rod and the yankees have put themselves in a no win situation 1 arod by opting out and 2 the yankees by saying they won't resign him if he opted out so now they both look bad if they try and work a new deal george and arods agent wont stand for that so it's time for them both to move on

Good news for Red Sox fans. Its so strange that the Yankees still have not figured out they need him out of town.

The 2 hypocrites deserve each other! A-Rod wants out of NYC and the Yankees won't go after him if he revokes his contract. May they all rot in Hell!

Yea. He's not going there. Not with the way the "fans" treated him.
