I seriously feel like i'm in hell when i'm trying to deal with the child support enforcement place. He always gets a damn slap on the wrist. He's 22 and he's never filed taxes..which they say theres nothing i can do about. He has his own business it's a guttering business. I don't know how much he makes doing it but he sure the hell has a nice new truck sitting in his yard. They already issued a warrant..revoked his licenses but they won't go pick him up..they say when he gets pulled over itll happen..big deal!!! Why aren't they doing anything at all?!?!? If he was black or mexican they'd already put him in jail for pulling this crap!!! I'm soo fed up. I really don't know what to do and my patience is worn out I've already called and yelled at everyone down there and no one will help. They just keep issuing these stupid peices of paper...What can i do?!?!? Does anyone have any tips??! I've called and asked him for the money and he just hangs up. He said i wont receive a penny from him.

I hate to say this, but if he doesn't pay any money towards bring up his child then he has no rights in seeing his child. You need to give up honey, It could go on for yrs. They lost my account and now I have to re apply, I mean come on like I want to go through that again. They took four years to sort it out and then they lost the account. Their is nothing you can do as they don't listen also they are doing away with the child support agency and you wont get a penny away.

My daughters ex won't pay her a dime yet he has a new truck and a great paying job. Plus he lives at home so he has no expenses but his partying. When she calls the DA's office they tell her he has to have a blood test to determine he is the father yet he is listed on the birth certificate and has never denied he is the father. They will not tell her how to go about getting this test though. She has been trying to get full custody since the baby was born because he abuses the baby who 3 years old now. She has told them that if he gets taken off the birth certificate she would happily waive all payments from the past but they won't even consider that. Our only hope at this point is for him to die. Then the baby will be safe and she will get SS for him. I will be anxiously reading your answers to see if there is help out there. Good luck dear. And you are right about the nationality thing. This boy is a big white bubba and he is indulged by everyone.

Well if you yell and throw the race card around you are not exactly winning friends at the enforcement office. Also remember you are not the only person they have to seek child support on - there are literally tens of thousands.
Finally, while I understand you are frustrated - remember YOU chose to breed with this person. It's not my fault, the goverments fault, the people at the CS office.....yours. There is only so much that you can expect others to do for you - he's a lying sleeze - but again you made that decision and now you have to live with the ramifications and that may mean going the extra mile on your OWN to collect child support.

Call the Building code office where you live and ask if he has a license. If not, ask how he is doing business. I realize that CS is slow so sometimes you need to go other routes. IRS would be my next visit.

maximum states have regulations that as quickly as he is going into arrears that he has to bypass to reformatory. in case you recognize the place he's working decrease than the table, document him to the federal government and get the enterprise in hassle for paying him decrease than the table. you will could have a number of of info to assist this, so be arranged. If he owns something, you're able to desire to be waiting to snatch belongings in lieu of money. If he's procuring stuff along with his ill gotten funds, he could have a lot.

see if any of these sites are helpful -- it depends upon where you live what agencies exist there to help enforce the child support order. hopefully some of the sites below can help you, particularly after you enter in where you live. good luck -- there are lots of places that exist to help parents collect child support from negligent parents, but it is difficult if he doesn't file taxes or have an employer. good luck.

Good luck sweetie, I've been doing that for 18 years now and still got nothing. CS enforcement collects their paychecks and that is all.

drop the kids off at his place & say "you take them". then it won't be about money anymore. maybe he'll start to appreciate the job you do raising your kids alone.

If he is getting good quality time with his children, I am surprised that he is not contributing financially.
I hope that your attitude towards him is not the same attitude that you put forth in this letter. If so, it is little wonder you get anything.
And if he is not getting to see his children, then I really don't have much sympathy for you. They are his children every much as they are yours.
He should get equal time and should contribute half to their expenses.
You might try changing your attitude.
