Dash lights come on?headlights work ok? if yes, could be a bad neutral safety switch...if no, could be bad ignition switch, battery, bad/loose/corroded cables.

Check battery connections, if they are corroded,
electricial current can't flow through them.

Because It needs a clog filter (763), just give this reference code to the gun shop and your problem will be sorted.
