If I had to write it I'd say I"'m thankful to Jesus for forgiving me and showing His love...I hope He forgives me when I forget to show others His Love..."
On a side if you're lonely for real:
Try perhaps serving others who are more needy that you...they need love...and lots of it.
A children's hospital in the leukemia ward? Maybe serving meals to the homeless? What about going to an old folks home to accompany them on a holiday?
You can also try to turn your love TO Jesus...I've found that quite fulfilling...once I did that, shortly afterward He lead me to my husband.

Jesus has never any need to be forgiven. He is perfect God, perfect man and has never commited anything wrong in order to be forgiven, unlike you and me, we need it daily...
