I was a late bloomer, I lost it when I was 20 to a 16 year old girl. I was on drugs and drank quite a bit and didn't care about saving my virginity.

I didn't save it for marriage and it was because I was in love with the man. I did end up marrying him though.

I don't value virginity as a "gift" to someone else. I always here about a women's virginity as a "gift to give her future husband"

I don't like that. My virginity, how I decide to lose it and with whom; is my own choice. When I decided to have sex for the first time, I didn't give my parnter anything. No one has physical, spirtiuatal or mental power over you b/c you gave up your virginity to them.

I decided to have sex outside for marriage, b/c I cared a lot about the person I was with at the time and wanted to experience and learn about sex. I wasn't a whore and I certainly didn't run around having sex with different people.

I'm no longer with the person I first had sex with. But, that's OK At the time, I really loved them and I would not change my decision for the world. My current partner doesn't view me as tainted or less of anything. He loves me for my personality, my vigor for life and my contributions to the world and his life. He doesn't value me in terms of being pure, never touched or still having my virginity. He knows I'm not a virgin, but that's OK. I'm faithful to him within our relationship and that's what matters.

Because the guy was so so fine and said all the right things. Plus I was 18 and the last virgin on the block. I was starting to think some thing was wrong with me.

I didn't wait because what if I married the guy and the sex sucked i would end up divorcing him just because of that. I heard about marriages that don't last because they are not satisfied with there sex life.

Because when you're in love and hormones are on the rampage and clearly not thinking about marriage yet, you don't think...you just do it. lol.
