I'm not sure of any books but I know of a movie called loose change where they take all the explanations and prove them wrong( how the twin towers fell, the lack of debris at the pentagon) also there is an issue of Popular Mechanics that tries to explain on the governments behalf.

Start with Wikipedia and follow the links which will take you to all the organizations which have done serious testing and analysis of the situation - as opposed to people with no technical knowledge who think they know how tall buildings fall and take one piece of "evidence" make an assumption and run with it.
