Absolutely! We use pastes with abrasive particles in them and polishing wheels in the jewelry business to clean metal as well as diamonds.

Diamonds naturally attract soap film and oil, so toothpaste is an excellent home remedy for cleaning jewelry that has diamonds in it as is it has enough of an abrasive quality to do the job without harming the jewelry.

Most toothpastes will work. They contain a light abrasive and a polish. Rinse off well after using.

YES!!! It will clean all your fine jewelry. Just take a toothbrush, scrub and rinse well!! I let my jewelry sit in water for about 10 minutes after I rinse to ensure all the residue is gone and bling, bling!! :-)
