yes it is. breastmilk is very easily digested...and breastfeed babies will have a lot more b.ms than formula feed babies

Yes it is. A breastfed baby is rarely constipated while they only have breastmilk. You'll also find that some breastfed babies only go once a week. As long as when baby does go it's soft and/or liquidy, baby is doing great.

I have read that it is a laxative in all of my baby books, and that breastfed babies will go almost everytime they eat. This was true with my daughter and as soon as I stopped breastfeeding, her bowel movements are only now once or twice each day, so I believe it is a laxative!

Contrary to Dorie, my daughter only went every other day or two while breastfed. She wasn't constipated though, there just wasn't much leftover to come out.

When I exclusively breastfed, my babies never got constipated.

That's what I hear, but I don't find that it's necessarily true...
