Hey guys! I have to write this short story for English, but I can't decide on one of the character's names, and she's the protagonist, so she's pretty important. She's eleven and has blond hair and blue eyes and is very shy and quiet. I would like if she had a more traditional name that is not widely used. Thanks so much!

How about Miranda. That is traditional but not too popular and it seems to suit someone with the characteristics you listed.
Some other names are Paige, Faith, Lynn, Haven, Melonie, Corrine, or any other soft sounding names...

I automatically thought of Julie when you gave the description! Other possible names could be Amy, Rebecca, Joanna, Brianna, Marianne, Evelyn, Amanda, Danielle, Cynthia, or Alice.

Hmmm... there's some names, don't know if they're that common or not: Catherine/Katherine, Brooke, Dana, Ella, Whitney, Alanna, Bridget, Claire, Camille, Doris, Eileen/Elaine, Elizabeth, Gale, Kendra, Marissa, Morgan, Oriel/Orlena, Regina, Shana. Hope these help!
