My wifes friend hints around how she needs a good foot rub and my wife asks me to do it for her friend. I don't mind. I like ladies feet. My wifes friend has pretty feet and I would not dare share my feelings about that with my wife.
I can tell my wifes friend is enjoying the message. I could not help myself, but as I message I start to slowly suck on her toes. At first my wifes friend laughs but becomes more eager for me to continue. My wife laughs, and says, "Oh, he does that to me sometimes."

No, your wife's not crazy at all, i can see exactly where she is coming from. Feet are known as an erotic area and so giving a foot rub without your wife's permission wouldn't have been right. However seen as it was her that told you to do it is acceptable. However i do feel strongly that you shouldn't have sucked on her toes, that is sexual and so is sending the wrong signals to your wife's friend.
Your wife's anger was obviously fuelled by jealousy. You should try talking calmly about it rather than arguing, and explaining that you didn't mean it in a sexual way and that you won't do it again to another woman, this will reassure her as her security will have likely been reduced.

Ok that's not exactly cheating but it does cross a line. That is a form of intimacy, as opposed to just a foot rub, so technically you were being intimate with another woman. If you don't think sucking some womans toes is wrong then you have issues.

Unforunately for you usually sucking toes is a very sexual thing. Anytime you put your mouth/tongue on someone elses body (besides your wife's) it's a very bad thing. If I was your wife though it would not have been funny in the beginning and I never would have asked you to give my friend a foot massage. Massages tend to be very sensual in general.
Tell your wife it meant nothing to you and you were merely doing as she asked you to do. Than tell her that you love her and only her and that it will NEVER happen again. If anything it probably made her feel insecure and you need to be calm and make sure she knows there is no one else for you but her.

Oh and yeah I would get mad if my DH sucked someone else's toes too! That is kind of personal. You can't really call it cheating though since she was there with you. But I personally would be offended if my DH had put his mouth on a lady's body...even if it was just her toes!

Umm, I think any time you are doing something that you find physically pleasurable with another person, it kinda makes your partner uncomfortable.
Any time you put someone's body parts in your mouth or vice versa, you're crossing a line.
Not neccessarily cheating, but definitely not a good thing to do.
If it is something you do to your wife to pleasure her, it is not right to do w/ someone else, IMHO.

Would you like it if one of your friends was sitting on the couch and then he tells you and your wife how much he loves to get his back massaged, and then you tell your friend how good your wife massages your back, then your friend hints around how badly he needs his back massaged, then your wife volunteers to massage his back and then your friend takes his shirt off and your wife comes over with hot oil and begins massaging his entire back while he's enjoying it and then he turns around to get his chest rubbed and then she straddles him to give him the massage he is so much enjoying.....and then you laugh, your friend laughs but really enjoying it..would you like that and would you get upset and yell at her or him???

No she is not nuts. what are you thinking. You felt something for her friend thats why you sucked her toe. And she got the erotic feeling too. So it is somehow cheating. she is upset. But she told you to do that. One thing I don't uderstand on why u sucked the toe of her friend. It was somehow sexual. You need to apologize to your wife. And tell her not to ask him massage her friends again. And made her also feel that somehow that is her mistake also. In that way you both apologize each other. But now stay alert with her friend she may want you to do it again as she felt good.
