i think you should be wiser than the people around you and do everything in your power, to be with that person you love. I am german (white) and live together with a half jamaican half austrian girl. Her father is a famous musician that was the first one ta play a concert in south africa with a mixed band in the apartheid-times. We need people with courage that go for what their heart feels and not for what racists say or think.

I will be the first to tell you that I was in fact raised in a rascist environment. For years I tryed to stand up for what i believed in as a child and each time I expressed that opinion I seemed to find my head being pushed into a door facing. However as i am now considered an adult, I have worked so hard to break down barriers around other people that I have met. Most people dont understand why a white female like me is so involved in such a cause because I am not being targeted, however it is my view that if any race or religion is being tormented then all mankind is in jeopardy. I am not on some kind of grand scale where i can talk to millions about the brutality of racism...yet, but in every person I have met that has expressed hatred I have tried to help. I know this is only a small act, but change starts one person at a time. So to all that read this and believe the way I do, i would like to say...stand up, be bold, and speak with your inner voice. Everyone who stands up for what they believe in gets criticized (I have been labeled and cut down for my beliefs many times) but people criticize like that because they are afraid and they cannot speak up for themselves. God Bless

Well, I think that the racism is the worst on the world.
Later, If I love someone, for me, it's not important the color, the heigh, etc..
The important's the interior, no the exterior.
So, Bye Bye!

If you truly love someone then it should matter what the color of their skin is. True love is hard to find and it should be cherished. You can either miss out on the love of your life and or you can give it a chance.

Follow your heart - but be aware that life will be difficult, and with all that strain on the relationship, it may not last.

Do what would make you happy, it's your life and you have to lead it your way!
All racism is wrong, even if you were raised that way you should be able to decide for yourself whats right and wrong!

pat yourself on the back. you are a bigger person than those who raised you. besides that, try to talk to your family if you care about having them in your future. if not, going on loving and having in your life, your significant other. best wishes!
