Well for starters, you can either: Insert>Symbols - and look for the [squared] sign or if you wish to type multiple numbers as such, simple press: < Ctrl Shift = > which is like pressing
< Ctrl Alt Delete >

Oh... You can also enter text too, not just numbers

To return, simply press < Ctrl Shift = > again or just press
< Ctrl Spacebar >

Type in the number that you want (sounds like a 2). Then highlight the number, and go to >Format, >Font. From this window, click on the "superscript" button. That should do it for you.
