There are lots of things to do in St.Louis other than click on all the websites that people route you to. If you like sports there is the Rams (bet with their record this year there are lots of tickets cheap) and the Blues hockey plus good local college basketball (SLU Bilikens). We have a great art museum and zoo in Forest Park and sculpture garden at Laumier. Food is great on South Grand, the Grove, Central west End, U City loop and the Hill. Soulard has a huge market on Saturdays and good bars for food and drink. Check out the clubs on Washington Ave and the Landing. Go to BlueBerry Hill in U City. If you want shopping there are tons of malls depending on where you live. Get involved and you will meet others. Join a gym, volunteer, take a fun class. St. Louis is a really diverse town and you can always find something fun to do if you are willing to try things. Check out the Riverfront Times or the Get Out Section of the Post Dispatch and you can keep busy most nights of the week.

if you're into sports, join a Y adult league, or check out ultimate frisbee at forest park (and other parks).

if you like to party, check out the landing downtown, especially morgan st pub

if you're into sports: blues & cardinals are fun (the rams suck this season)

check out the riverfront times

the best thing about stl is the people, cardinals baseball, and the restaurants on the hill
