They would have different fingerprints but I think the same DNA. I don't think they'd be able to tell....wow that's a great question. It sounds like a good story plot.
I looked this up (the article is below) and the same situation happened to two people in the news. The paternity test could not determine who the father is.
Another article says the same thing (also below) and the ruling is based on non DNA evidence.

At their conception the DNA of identical twins is identical. However, in the early stages of embryonic development each of the twin's DNA can undergo small mutations. Thus if the DNA of identical twins is sequenced completely then they will not be identical. However, the test as used for forensic DNA analysis looks at ~15 to 20 positions or loci on a person's DNA. Identical twins have the same DNA at these positions and thus it is not possible to distinguish between them. The same tests are used for paternity testing. Thus, with your scenario it would not be possible identify which of the identical twins was the father. From a legal point of view, what is interesting is that the tests will have shown that one of them is the father. But which one could a court order to pay child maintenance? It is not possible to use fingerprints to decide which twin is the father.

Identical twins occur when an embryo splits at an early stage resulting in 2 identical twins who have the same DNA. Their fingerprints are different though. They would probably be able to work out the date the child was conceived and thus hopefully who the father is. I wonder more if they couldn't find who the father is, would both twins have to contribute to the child?

DNA tests aren't 100% accurate even on totally unrelated people, so for identical twins they would not show which of the two fathered the child at all. The DNA of identical twins is not the same, but it's close enough that a DNA test can't tell them apart.

won't be able to tell. the twins will have same DNA but different fingerprints. The child will inherit half the DNA of the father but not the fingerprint, so we can't determine who the father is.
this reminds me of the book fearless by francine pascal. at one time Gaia was uncertain if her father was her father or her uncle (both were identical twins). anyone else read that book?

By DNA it would not be possible to tell, but there are other ways of working it out.
For example one twin could be infertile and could not have got her pregnant, or one was wearing a condom and the other wasn't.
If they are both in good health and both came in the woman at around about the tim that she was ovulating then it would not be possible to tell who the father was with a simple DNA test.

No they do not have the same finger prints.
DNA is the same, and no you wouldn't be able to tell.
In fact, if they were just brothers it would be hard to tell.
You people make me laugh, if the DNA isn't the same then what is cloning?
Twins are natures clones.
Some of you are confusing einviormental changes, as the child grows up, it's not genetic changes.

Identical twins do not have the same fingerprints, and unfortunately, it would be extremely hard to tell which twin fathered the child if they did do a DNA.

If you can be pregnant or if you have infertility problems I reccomend to follow this method http://pregnancy.toptips.org
Many factors can cause a couple trouble in conceiving a baby, I'll list a few of the most common ones in women:
Anorexia or other dietary dysfunctions
Lacking amounts of FSH and LH are produced, so ovaries aren't as functional as they could be, and so not many eggs are produced
Stress, causing periods to become irregular
Medications such as cancer treatments, antidepressants, hormone therapy, pain killers, and antipsychotic drugs can all cause temporary infertility.
With the method that I posted above you will be able to get pregnant!
