I was brought to the USA at the age of 2. NOT MY CHOICE.
Unfortunately I am deprived of many of my rights including obtaining a California ID, and DRivers License. If it had
been my choice, I would have done it all legally. Don't Lecture me about being Illegal over the internet cuz If you were in my Face you wouldnt have the Nuts. I, AS AN undocumented Resident Have More NUTZ than most Americans do. Many Americans take what they have for granted, even simple things such as IDs. If I could Vote, I would, If I could WOrk, I would. If I could Change the Country I would. All I need is an ID.
I graduated high school and I can no longer use my high school ID. I don't want to obtain a Mexican ID Because I've noticed people discrimate you when you have the Mexican ID.
I will soon marry a white girl who will reward me with the pleasures or being of an "Official American" even though I already consider myself one. Thanks guys!

First off, congradulations on becoming an American Citizen. By living here you can see why this is one of the best nations on Earth. You will be able to get your ID once you are married and enjoy all the rights and benefits that America wants you to have.

First of all "having the NUTZ". I do but I don't say this out of bravado. I mention it because you saying this raises the question as to how you as a person are going to figure this out. Where does anger become relevant in regard to a question?

You can consider yourself an American to no end but regardless of the circumstances you are not. "A white girl" says much. But I do understand your frustration.

So you need an ID. You need to really look into that. Just gettting married means nothing. ICE will interview you to no end. Your parents and family could get deported. They could deny your claim even if married. It can be worked out but it will cost much....... again much. Even if married you might be denied for 5-10 years. There are waivers but it will take a very long time.

Best thing is to establish Mexican citizenship first. You will want that later for you and your children. Then you apply for a fiance visa. Then go from there. You can work right away. But be advised...... if in the next 2 years you marriage does not work out you lose your status. She walks and you go.

Apply for a resident alien card. It shows that you are not as of yet a US citizen, but are living and able to work here. Also look into taking the naturalization exam to become a citizen on your own. I have a friend who moved to California from Europe and found it would be easier to become a citizen on her own than to go through Homeland Security to become one after she was to be married. Good Luck.

You have no rights as you are not a citizen. Getting married to an American does not make you a citizen. You still have to apply thru legal channels.
