Griffey is not a free agent this year unless the Reds release him. His contract runs through 2008 with a team option/buyout for 2009.

My guess is that A-Rod goes to the Dodgers.
And, as mentioned earlier, Griffey isn't a free agent, but there is talk about Atlanta trading for him.
