Is there a way to get into contact with the worlds richest people?

I sell real estate notes and I have over a billion dollars I need to unload where Can I find the wealthiest people in America?

One of the benefits of being the richest is the ability to pay lots of people to stand in the way of the various scammers and moochers who want to bug them. I would say that you need to start with their lawyers and go from there. I doubt that you could get time with the richest people before you went thru their lawyers.
