Well there area few.
Personality is number 1.
Intellect is number two
Appearance is third, ie how she dresses etc.
Physical beauty is a distant fourth.
I like personality and intellect. I lke smart bright ladies.!!
Mind you a nice tight petite frame will sure help!!

Physically- I'm a legs guy- but the whole package is nice too :-) ***, boobs, legs...
Mentally?- Sense of humor- A girl's gotta be able to make me laugh, and put up with me weird sense of humor.
