Impossible to tell.

Bluish star are hotter than yellowish stars, and yellowish stars are hotter than orange stars. But this is only because stars emit more or less black-body radiation, and their light has equilibrium temperature.

Blue sky (about room temperature) is much colder than any fire. Blue laser operates at room temperature too.

Blue fire is blue not because the burned gas is 20,000K hot, but because part of the the gas continues to radiate light at characteristic wavelength. These wavelengths may be much shorter than kinetic temperature of the flame. In short, photometric temperature of blue flame is very high indeed, but the flame itself may be rather cold.

Note that the hottest part of blow torch is on the tip of the flame, where the flame becomes almost colorless.

My understanding is that a blue flame is hotter. Think of a blow torch (more blue flame) as opposed to the flame of a match.

A blow torch can melt metal, a match can't.
