Yes it is. Just the same, you may want to check and make certain that the straps are too tight. The goggles shouldn't hurt when they are on, but they will leave rings around your eyes. The rings generally disappear quickly. I swim in the morning before going into the office. From the time I'm out of the water, enjoy the sauna, shower, dress and drive the 4 miles to the office, the rings have disappeared around my eyes.

I always wear goggles when i swim and never get red circles. I'm assuming red circles are from the goggle cushion pads around the eye area. Perhaps you are wearing them too tight? Or maybe your skin around the area is allergic to the pads. I would just try a different set of goggles to see if the problem persists.

That's totally normal. I've been on a swim team for a little over 3 years now, and whenever we finish practice everyone has red circles around their eyes. If the goggles hurt when they're on you should loosen them. If not, they're fine.

Yes, Is absolutely normal.
You must check if your goggles aren't too tight. I've been swimming since I was 2, in the beginning, people aren't used to it, but it also depends on the kind of goggles that you wear.

its alright it goes away and if u don't want those red circles don't make them too tight but not so loose that water goes in. also it depends on the type of goggles you're using so if its still loose and somehow gives u a red circle u can just buy another pair.

This is TOTALLY normal. I've been swimming for 9 years, and i get red rings around my eyes. If it is too tight, you will know because they will probably hurt you. But dont loosen them so much that they leak.
