Not the worst fans. Not the biggest fairweather or bandwagon fans. Not the rudest fans. Just the most irritating, arrogant, pompous, smug fans. The ones who act like their team is just way to good for you to ever even remotely doubt or question them, whether they are any good or not.
I am going to have to go with, first and foremost, the obvious choice of Dallas fans. I don't even think I need to list all of the reasons why.
Second I'm going to go, surprisingly, with Seattle fans. I don't have much exposure to Seahawks fans, but the ones I HAVE dealt with REALLY have an incredibly snooty attitude...as if they had already won 10 Super Bowls or something. It's one thing if Dallas, Pittsburgh, NE, etc. fans say things like "How many Super Bowls have YOU won?" (It's obnoxious but they DO have a point & at least and I can be objective enough to acknowledge that.) But a SEAHAWKS fan trying to bust on you for never having won a Super Bowl???? Ummmm.....ok?

Seahawks fans are horrible. I had discussions (so to speak) before Superbowl 40 and they were the least informed fans of a team I have ever met. All they would do was insult you, your city, your mother, anything that had nothing to do with the game. If you tried to discuss football, all they brought up was the "12th Man", that their fans were the loudest in the league, and that alot of their team went to the Pro Bowl. Ask them an actual football question and all they could do was insult. All that coffee must make a person really angry.
On the other hand, I find Broncos fans to be the complete opposite. They are well informed and didn't stoop to anme calling.
Keep in mind, these are people on message boards, craigslist rants and raves, things like that.
Shorty: You have Browns fans mixed up with Steelers fans. Browns fans were very whiny after their team lost this past week. They were blaming the loss on the refs. They can't see what everyone else can, their team has NO defense.

see, Im a dallas fan and ill be the first to tell you when they suck. Im so cool about it that eagle fans like hanging around me. Even when dallas is winning. Eagle fans on the other hand at the stadiums are wickid. But yea i guess most dallas fans can be annoying now that i look at the ones i know.

Even though most of them have crawled back into their holes (save for Mongo, who's all right), to me for the past couple of seasons it was Cincinnati's fans. That franchise had ONE winning season in the past 16 years (2005) and all of a sudden their fans acted like they've accomplished something that's worthy of going into the history books.
That's my 2 for 2.

Cowboys. They haven't won much in the last 12 years, yet think they're so great. We'll see next week vs Green Bay.

I think each team has their share of arrogant fans but I think the ones that stick out most are the Cowboys fans. Also this year the Colts fans seem to be getting a little arrogant.

I would say that ten years ago it would have been Dallas, but since then NE has got good and you would think that those fans have been following football all along instead of just something to watch after the Red Sox have finished up

how 'bout them Cowboy fans? the bandwagon is huge as well, since they have never been very bad for very long- but nothing can generate hype and arrogance like the Cowboys.
Eagles fans are the poorest sports though. They boo their best players, sponsor D-battery night, have a jail on-premesis (at The Vet), and booed Santa Claus.
