Last week...
In 2004, President Bush appointed two Republicans who then promptly changed their affiliations to 'Independent', resulting in a Conservative dominated (6-2) Civil Rights Commission instead of equally between both major parties.

Investigations are down and not a single subpoena issued, its main power. The commission has been less involved in disputes of civil rights violations and racial discrimination, instead focused on reports critical of desegregation, affirmative action and minority-owned businesses getting a share of government contracts.

From today's news...
-- Hate Crimes -- Symbolic and Violent -- on Rise Across U.S.
http://www.democracynow.org/article.pl?sid=07/11/14/1438201
"Noose incidents and violent attacks illustrate an alarming increase in overt racist symbolism and violence across the country."

"This September a 20-year old African-American woman in West Virginia was kidnapped, raped, tortured, and held captive for over a week by six white men and women... Local authorities say she was kept captive in a shed, tortured, beaten, forced to eat rat, dog and human feces, and raped by six white men and women who taunted her with racial slurs.

Prosecutors have charged the six suspects with rape and kidnapping, but NOT hate crimes."

What do you think? Do you see a 'Policy of Racism??

Civil rights gets in the way of Bush's agenda. His agenda being big money. Much fewer minorities ( that would benefit from civil rights) have money compared to Bush's constituents. Therefore Civil Rights is Bush's enemy.
