are you friends with your neighbor,?

me and my husband treat them like we would lkie tp be treated , how about you do you cookouts and do hobbies together, and there chidren play with theres,

like we would like to be treated, sorry about the word I missed up.

I find it easier not to befriend them. I stick to my close friends, my husband, and my baby. I like my privacy.

We are the same way with our neighbors. We try to do things with them, and their kids come in/out of our house as if it were their own.
We share drop off/pick up at school/functions, and it is good to know we have each other to rely on if we need something.

Neighbors can be just as essential as family.

I live in an apartment building. I try to treat everyone with respect, and friendly conversation. But there is one guy that lives here, and no one can befriend him. So we just pass and let it go. everyone else is very friendly and nice. Like you, I treat them the way I want to be treated.

I live on a cul de sac, so I have several neighbors. Only two sets of them though am I friendly with. The rest of them are just weird.

depends on the neighbor. One I can't stand. I like some more than others. Friendly to most. But mainly stick to myself.

We're not close (friends) to our neighbors but we treat them the way we want to be treated also...friendly...say hello and ask how they are and so on.

We have two block parties a year... one in June and the other in December. Yes, we all know each other, but we respect each other's privacy.
