Im not sure what proper means, but my first serious relationship was when I was 18 and it lasted a year and half. I talk to him to this day and that was 32 years ago !!

I had my first real relationship when I was 16 years old (first love) We were together for 2 years.. we were really close..and today we are still close..lol but I think what helped us is that we were friends first.. and had a great relationship....lol hope that helped..lol
