Those shows ALWAYS scare the crap out of me but I'm addicted to them!! LOL

Because this is a country that forgives those that admit their mistakes and gives everyone a second chance........... At least in theory or people want everyone to believe they would be all forgiving and righteous. Look how many times each day we are told it isn't "the offender's fault" it was their background , family experiences or some abuse they suffered. Just as an example -Al Sharpton has made some very hurtful, outrageous remarks over the years against college students, police officers, etc..based mainly on their race being different than his........but he is above reproach and not a racist.

Yes! My husband had been commuting between AZ and AL so I am home alone (w/ my kids) a lot, and I love to watch scary shows like A Haunting and all those haunted travel things on the Travel Channel. I am such a chicken though! I watch them and then I can't sleep at night!

I think when you are younger, you are more impressionable by scary movies, but the older you get, you are less influenced by them. The Friday the 13th movies are kind of tame. I don't like the extremely violent movies anyway.
