Myself and two other female business owners are starting a side business of organizing craft fairs, we will book the location and then collect from vendors per space. We are looking to set up a list of guidelines covering things like return of space rent if something comes up, etc. We have some ideas already of what we will be using but I thought it would be useful to see what others think. This is only for craft fairs, so please keep the policies aimed toward that type of situation. thanks!

Scope out your competition and see what their policies are. They have been doing it a while and have run into the problems already>

Are you doing it for the income or for the service to the show promoter or to the benefit of the crafters. Your policies could be different with each mind set.

I'm a crafter and I expect rules to help me. I've been a show promoter and wearing that hat I needed rules and regulation to benefit me. etc, etc. And you will never please everyone!
