I want to learn more about this. I saw someone who had tv streaming on her laptop. I don't know what software/hardware/subscription stuff she had to get in order to do so, but the picture was very clear.
I will watch this question to see what answers appear!

I dosed a TV tuner and I worked a laptop... But I still can't see through my pitcher. So , no.

I have a HDTV tuner for laptop. The picture quality is very good but it plays very choppy but works much nicer in desktop.

u would have to get a cable to connect.... picture would probably be the same?
