After u/s doctor found bright spot on heart and cyst on brain.?

My wife is 18 weeks pregnant and just had an u/s where the doctor found a bright spot on the heart and a cyst on the brain.
As you can imagine we are both very worried. Has anyone gone through this that can shed some light. Any good news. Thanks
