I mean look how many problems the VA has and it is FREE healthcare for our veterans(who deserve it). But I only hear complaints about long waits, not enough staffing etc. I hate to say it but our privatized healthcare is the only way to go for quality healthcare . I just think people need to either make enough to buy your own healthcare or get a job with benefits.

National Health care, also known as universal health care or socialized medicine, would be a bad idea right now.

This country is suffering from a huge shortage in specialized doctors, primary care physicians, nurses, and other jobs in the medical field.

It wouldn't work until there are more people employed in the medical field.

LOL, you think the VA has problems? Please, I have been going to the VA for some time now (it's not all free) and they have helped me a lot. In fact, I go for surgery on the 26th and I don't have a single problem with that. It's one of the finest VA Hospitals I've seen and certainly better than the regular hospital I was forced to go to for a CT Anagram. I'll take the VA over any local hospital and I've worked at ALL of the local hospitals. Sorry but your info is wrong.

Now as for being like national health care, in no way is it anything like it. There aren't as many Veterans and civilians and the veterans had to work to get that medical care, it's not just given freely.
