18? I think that's when I'd be comfortable, but the movie industry says 13. I think that's crazy

People love to come up with hard and fast rules like "16" or "18", but it really depends on the maturity of the kid. There are 21 year olds who can't handle nudity and 14 year olds who can. It's the parent's responsibility to know their kid and what they are ready for.

It also depends on the kind of nudity. There's nothing wrong with the human body but if it's a rape scene or something like that the parent should take that into consideration.

I think most movies don't really even need the nudity in them. It is rarely used in an artful way, it is mostly used as an excuse to show some boobs to distract you from the lack of talent from that actress or the movies plot.

So if it is used artfully, say to show how people were starving during a war, or how they were treated, then if they are old enough to watch the movie in general, they're old enough to see that nudity.

For the boob movies, those shouldn't be shown to anyone under 18. For obvious reasons.

I think if a child hasn't seen someone naked by the age of 18 they are living a very sheltered life. I mean you know that they are going to see someone by then in real life. Also to answer your question it depends on the kind of nudity involved in the movie and the maturity of the child. I would say 18 is kind of old to not see any nudity.

I think this must be decided by the parents of the kid in question and that these parents should judge the kid by how mature and intelligent that kid is. In societies that live close the the earth such as the jungle peoples near the equator,,,this would be a mute point. The kids just learn as they grow NATURALLY because the parents wear so little clothing and they live so closely and without privacy. In more "civilized" places we put a feeling of something "evil" and "forbidden" over this type thing and make the child feel UNNATURAL about nudity. Movies are just photos of life.

i think it depends on the film and how it shows the nudity.
i mean, i honestly don't think that it takes people 18 years to discover their anatomy but if the nudity was in a film in a particularly "passionate" scene i probably wouldnt say that its suitable for a 9 year old. I think that the story arounf the nudity needs to be asessed before showing it to a kid.
generally i think 10 or 11 is a good age, depending on the type of film.

i hope i helped you out.

At the age the little boys start looking in men's magazines. Let them see what real (well, not real, but movies) women look like when applied to a story instead of just those filthy magazines. Every boy starts around 10 to 12, I think. But the amount of nudity matters also. Bried Nudity I would okay. But I don't watch total nudity myself.
