It isn't.
It polled less than 1% of votes at the last election and won no parliamentary seats. The few borough places it did win, have subsequently been tarnished with no-shows by these BNP councillors at Council meetings, that and other allegations. Here is just one example:

Hardly getting stronger is it? Irrespective of how much spam deluges YA from however many accounts.

It isn't getting stronger in all areas of the country - there aren't even any candidates in my area!
However, I believe people are often leaning more towards them because there is no middle ground on the issues they specialise in. I believe that many of the people that may vote for them don't actually want or expect to get them into government.
The major parties all seems to be singing the same tune, and it's one that a lot of people are unhappy about. How else can people register their discontent at the major parties' rubbish policies on important and life-changing issues like immigration and asylum seekers?

Nice to see all the support for the BNP fro a change! The reason why the BNP is becoming stronger year after year is that more and more people are finally waking up to the fact that if you want any real change in this country you're wasting your time voting for the usual three and the BNP is the only way.

Because as living standards, education standards get stronger and therefore better Ignorance has become something to be proud of. It is the old "I don't do politics," "the war in...... doesn't concern me," "I am all for immigration as long as they do not live near me," type double standardisation that occurs in everything that this country does. The U.K. must be the only country in the E.U. where people feel that they can behave like this. I do not object I just find it abhorrent that people think like this sorry excuse for a political party.

It isn't thank goodness. This is just a myth put out by some of its more sav vy supporters. If anything the opposition to this party is growing stronger every day as people realise that behind the facade the core aims of the party have not changed.
The issues that need discussing are becoming more prevalent because the politicians left a vacuum that the BNP and other extremists (such as Islamists) have exploited, the politicians are at last beginning to wake up to the fact that racism is an issue that occurs from all sides. They have yet to grasp how to tackle the issue at an ordinary level but have at least realised that their head in the clouds approach of ignoring the issues around people's daily lives is a recipe for disaster.
If you are a BNP supporter I hope your mind is opened to the reality of life and that the world has been multi-ethnic from creation.

It is not that people are particularly racist it is just that they feel let down by the main line parties. The three of them have only themselves to blame ythat in some areas ppeole feel dis-enfranchised. If they are not it is time the three main parties started talking in language people really understood and rung true
I am not a supporter of BNP

I do not think that the BNP are getting stronger, however because of the similarity in the two major parties they have a tendency to stand out as something different.

Because the majority of peoples views are not listend to by mainstream parties, the majoroty have been silenced by racial disciminaton laws! What will be the next stage of law to stop your basic right of freedom of expression? If you dont listen to others views we may become so ignorant that we only beleive what we are allowed to be told.!

People who have no belief will believe anything. Something that presents itself as strong, forthright and opinionated is bound to attract attention and a following, even it's it's only from people to lazy to think for themselves. The issues are deliberately devisive, and that polarises people. Unfortunately it does nothing to examine the real issues or offer any solutions.

Because people like pensioners can see their pension being devalued, while immigrants who have not contributed a penny are claiming and being given money a plenty. Also things like the English girl refused a job for being the wrong colour and not being part of an ethnic group.
