Well, first off, he isn't warranting this behavior. He works his butt of to try and please this guy, but he is ALWAYS ragging on him about something. If something goes wrong in his station, he gets in trouble for it, but the other 2 working with him, never here of it. He is not the superviser of his station, they all have equal responsibilities and its all of they're job to check that stuff... so why should MY boyfriend be the only one to get in trouble, he is UNFAIRLY targeting my boyfriend, being derrogiatory towards him, and has even made sexual comments about ME to him.... that def. isnt' right!

Depends on what the crap actually consists of. In most cases, the only remedy is to look for another job.

Legally speaking, yes he can, but it really depends on what is going on. If your supervisor is doing something like constantly giving your boyfriend the crap jobs like emptying garbage or cleaning or anything else that falls to "low ma on the totem pole" status, it is perfectly legal.
However, if it is accompanied by derogatory remarks or he feels like he gets the short end so his supervisor can free up time time to hit on the hot girl who has been there longer that is different.
MY advice would be to first and foremost have your boyfriend send a complaint up the chain to the manager or owner. If it does not improve from there or the boss cannot justify why this is happening to your boyfriends satisfaction, then go further. If he works in a store that is part of a corporation (Blockbuster, McDonalds Walmart, etc.) almost all of them have anonymous tiplines and human resource contacts. If it is a small business and the owner is giving him unfair crap, the dept of labor website might be a good place to go. They also will have links to discrimination site and other places for further information. Finally, he can put in a call to the BBB (better business bureau) and lodge a complaint.
Honestly though, if it is that bad he might be ahead to just quit. If he wants to stay but wants a change, there are lots of ways to pursue that.
Good luck

Is the boyfriend warranting the treatment? Is the supervisor fed up with him about his work ethic?
I used to be a supervisor, and yes, there were a few people I was a jerk to because they didn't do their work. They slacked off, did as little as possible, and it peeved me off. So, I wasn't particularly nice.
Edit:
Although the other things about not treating everyone equally might not be 'good' evidence (might not be repeatable, somewhat subjective) in terms of harassment by a supervisor, the sexual comments about you definitely are. If you have the ability, try and record some of these comments when said, and you will for sure be able to handle the problem with the law on your side.

Well, is the employer or does the employer honor the EOE as necessary? If so, then if he can prove he has been harassed or discriminated against, the he may have a case.
I'm not sure who the complaint needs to be filed with though. Try contacting your State's AG office.

Well, you don't say where you are, so we don't know WHAT you can legally do under your countries laws.
In "most" countries that have laws based on English common law (the UK, the US, Canada, Australia etc) a boss has tremendous freedom to legally act like a jerk, so long as he doesn't do it for an illegal reason.
If he's a jerk to your boyfriend because he doesn't like him, or because he's a jerk to everyone, that's most probably legal. If he acts that way because of your boyfriends race, that's most probably illegal (assuming your country has anti-discrimination laws - not all do).

More information needed. The laws are different for various countries. In the US, it might be viewed as harassment. Your b/f might have a case to take to court or file an EEO complaint.

Well the good news is no, he can report them to the labor bureau. The bad news, if he likes his job, is after the investigation goes thru he will magically be "let go". Lose lose situation.

Nope - that is creating a "hostile work environment" and the supervisor can get in big trouble for it. Tell your boyfriend to go to talk to his human resources manager and to file a complaint.

can you give an example of what the supervisor is doing? There are labor laws that protect the employee, it depends on the situation though...
