gta vice city mouse problem with clicking start game????

how can i play the game if i can't click start game but i'm clicking it but it's not working?whats the problem my mouse or vice city??

Sounds like a mouse problem bud. Switch 'em out. I usually keep a few with scroll wheels handy.Check to make sure you're connected to the port and haven't wiggled loose.
